Professor Dr. Nash’at Mubarak Sliwa, President of Al-Hamdaniya University, received Mr. Karar Amjad Muthar, a representative from the Al-Abbas Holy Shrine, who presented the University with a collection of photographs from the Fifth Central Graduation Ceremony of Iraqi university students, held in Karbala, as a gift to the University.
