Employment and Personnel Division

The Employment and Staffing Division undertakes several tasks, including preparing a database for university employees, completing procedures for implementing orders for investigation and directing, and orders for confirmation after the expiration of the period of experience, approving staff and indicating all vacancies arising from a staffing movement, issuing orders to create divisions and administrative units according to the university’s organizational structure, amending intermediate certificates, adding and including service by forming special committees in accordance with regulations and instructions.
