Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs

At the initiative of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Human Resources Department and the Financial Affairs Department were unified and merged, seeking to take firm steps to simplify administrative and financial procedures and facilitate business. Thus, the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs, which will contribute to the completion of work in a more smooth and flexible manner, as administrative orders and their implementation will be in the same department, now consists of the Teaching and Education Personnel Affairs Division, the Employment and Personnel Division, the Retirement Division, the Budget, Records and Salaries Division, the Higher Education Fund, Internal Departments Support Fund, Stores and Equipment Division.
