Chaired by Prof. Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Sliwa, President of Al-Hamdaniya University, the University Council held its ninth session for the academic year 2024–2025, with the attendance of all council members.
The meeting opened with a welcoming address from the University President, who expressed appreciation for the members’ efforts in completing the requirements of the second semester. He emphasized the importance of closely monitoring and supervising the final exams for first-year students.
The Council discussed several items on its agenda, including:
- The Ministry’s HR_SIS system and its related regulations.
- Publication of faculty research, both locally and internationally.
- The Higher Education Digital Identity Launch Conference.
- Graduate studies plans.
- The standardized results form for undergraduate studies.
The Council also hosted the Directors of the Graduate Studies Department and the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department to deliberate on matters related to both departments.
