The Planning Division is one of the most important divisions of the Construction and Projects Department. The task of this division is to prepare future designs for the university campus in future at Bartella district. This is expected to be fulfilled in cooperation with Mosul University (the mother university) and after being enrolled at the construction budget of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
