Through the practice of field security activity in enhancing the security of universities, the urgent need arose to the necessity of diagnosing the weaknesses affecting the university security as a fertile environment for the activity of political movements and intellectual trends in various directions. In addition, the university is exposed to the constant threats from many sides to achieve multiple goals.  Due to the importance of the university community in general and its role in preparing the desired future generation, it was necessary to establish preventive and precautionary measures that prevent violations, in addition to diagnosing violations and gaps and treating them in a legal way. The National Security Service orientation to establish security in universities stems from the need to involve the conscious university community within the security process as a solidarity process that everyone bears responsibility for. The positive security activity as well as the usual security pages, which are (preventive, diagnostic, treatment) directed towards development.
