The President of the University, Prof. Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, congratulated Brigadier General Mohaisin Ahmed Sayel Al-Khafaji, the Director of the Nineveh Facilities Protection Directorate, on the occasion of assuming his new position.
During a visit to Al-Khafaji’s office at the Directorate, Dr. Saliwa stated that the university is keen on maintaining open channels of communication with all government institutions. He added that the Facilities Protection Directorate has always performed a noble national duty in securing departments and institutions, while ensuring a high standard of performance.
For his part, Al-Khafaji emphasized that his directorate is deeply committed to providing a secure university environment for faculty members, staff, and students alike. He praised the institutional role of Al-Hamdaniya University in diversifying and sustaining bridges of cooperation with government entities.
