All scientific and research outputs published through the University’s digital platforms are subject to rigorous screening and auditing standards. Any practices related to plagiarism, utilizing others’ efforts without precise attribution, or falsifying data and research outcomes are strictly prohibited.
Educational Environment and Digital Assessments
- Impersonation or using others’ login credentials in educational platforms or official digital assessments is prohibited.
- Any manipulation of academic data or electronic submissions is considered a severe violation of regulations and will result in disciplinary and legal actions in accordance with applicable university laws.
Open Access Publishing
The University supports the principle of open access to knowledge and research while fully protecting the moral and intellectual rights of researchers. All faculty members and researchers are required to explicitly state their academic affiliation with the University of Al-Hamdaniya in all their digitally published works.
Reporting Mechanism and Disciplinary Actions
