The Technological Incubators and Ecosystem Division organized an Art Symposium (Painting Competition) as part of the University’s Sustainability Week 2026.
First-year students from the Department of Biology at the College of Education for Pure Sciences participated in the event, presenting artworks that explored concepts of sustainability and environmental awareness. In addition to fostering climate protection values, the competition aims to develop artistic talents and promote a spirit of cooperation.
The competition, held at Babylon Hall on Wednesday morning, May 6, 2026, was overseen by a judging committee chaired by Assistant Lecturer Mays Naseer Abdulrahman, with the participation of Assistant Lecturers Mawada Hussein Ahmed and Yousef Basim Fathallah. The committee described the event as a significant initiative that will contribute to attracting and nurturing student talent.
