The Central Mail Division falls under the authority of the Vice President of the University for Administrative and Financial Affairs. Under the updated organizational structure, the Dispatch and Incoming Mail units were merged into this unified division. It is responsible for managing official correspondence, including issuing letters, receiving incoming mail, photocopying, sorting, distributing, archiving, and logging data for both incoming and outgoing correspondence. Furthermore, the division operates an electronic mail system to transmit official documents to all colleges, departments, centers, and divisions across the university, with its staff working continuously to ensure the smooth and uninterrupted flow of mail.
