The goal of this program is to encourage the reporting of corruption cases. It involves providing legal protection for witnesses, experts, and whistleblowers, and it also outlines the punitive measures resulting from the failure to report.

Furthermore, the program works to provide a transparent and honest working environment by:

Familiarizing citizens with employees through a strict commitment to wearing clear, designated identification badges.
Providing high-quality services.
Offering electronic services through the establishment of an electronic inquiry project within government departments.
Ensuring reliable services by setting up dedicated physical complaint boxes, as well as a specific email address alongside regular mail.
