Vision: To be a leading business incubator that transforms the entrepreneurial ideas of university-affiliated innovators across all sectors into tangible projects that strengthen the national economy and contribute to sustainable development.

Mission: To develop and crystallize entrepreneurial ideas by providing a comprehensive suite of services and support for entrepreneurs, enabling the launch of robust startups capable of growing and thriving to meet the needs of society.

Goals:

1-Innovation Environment: Providing a positive environment to host creative ideas and pioneering projects for university staff and nurturing them until they become a reality.

2-Intellectual Property: Protecting innovators by educating them on methods for safeguarding intellectual property rights and patents.

3-Managerial Readiness: Preparing entrepreneurs for the various administrative tasks necessary for the successful management and marketing of their projects.

4-Infrastructure: Providing the essential basic infrastructure required to launch entrepreneurial ventures.

5-Funding Assistance: Assisting in securing the initial “seed” funding needed to launch projects and connecting them with interested investors for expansion funding.

6-Sustainability: Following up on projects after they graduate from the incubator and providing the necessary advice to ensure their continued success.

7-Youth Empowerment: Attracting young people with creative initiatives and providing an official umbrella for youth-led ideas.

8-Staff & Student Support: Enabling university staff and students to study their submitted ideas and helping them develop and implement them in the best possible form.

9-Entrepreneurial Culture: Promoting a culture of entrepreneurship, self-employment, and knowledge-based creativity among staff and students so that innovation becomes a primary mode of work and production.

10-Knowledge Economy: Focusing on new fields of education and training to keep pace with rapid developments across various branches of knowledge.

11-Strategic Partnerships: Establishing local and international partnerships with prestigious scientific and technical institutions to benefit from their academic and practical expertise.

12-Community Trust: Building trust between the university, the community, and external institutions regarding the university’s programs based on the knowledge economy.

13-Market Integration: Working to link new projects directly with the market.

14-Social Impact: Achieving social objectives, including contributing to the solution of unemployment.

15-Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluating the performance of incubated projects to identify and mitigate potential weaknesses.
