Within the framework of following up on administrative procedures and enhancing the accuracy of employment data, the Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs dispatched several staff members to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research/Human Resources Department. The delegation included Assistant Lecturer Montaser Mohsen Ibrahim and Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Jumaa Sultan.
The visit aimed to reconcile and audit the data of university personnel in preparation for its submission to the Federal Service Council. The reconciliation process was conducted according to approved administrative protocols and in coordination with the relevant authorities at the Ministry.
The procedures involved reviewing and updating professional and administrative data to ensure accuracy and completeness. This initiative contributes to accelerating the processing of personnel transactions and enhancing the level of administrative integration.
