Vision: Improving, qualifying, and developing the personal and professional skills of graduates to align with the requirements of the local labor market.

Mission: The Career Qualification and Employment Division is one of the most vital divisions at the University of Al-Hamdaniya. It is dedicated to developing the talents and capabilities of graduates, preparing them thoroughly to enter the labor market with the ability to prove their merit and excellence through qualifications that meet modern market demands.

Goals:

  • Educating students and graduates on the importance of training courses and workshops that qualify them to compete for the best job opportunities and keep pace with developments in private sector companies.

  • Gathering feedback from graduates regarding the curricula that proved most beneficial in their practical lives and identifying which programs best meet the requirements of the government and private sectors for university cadres in engineering and scientific specializations for both genders.

  • Organizing specialized courses on CV writing and English language proficiency.

  • Holding an annual Job Fair, inviting private sector companies, employers, and university graduates.

  • Encouraging students to establish their own entrepreneurial projects through joint courses and workshops with the private sector.

Support and Services: The division supports the University of Al-Hamdaniya’s commitment to quality standards in student education. It trains students and graduates on how to develop educational and professional goals, decision-making skills, and necessary job search strategies. The division is tasked with fostering collaboration between students, graduates, employers, faculty, and staff alongside industry experts. This is achieved by providing consultation based on current data and available resources, in addition to establishing networking opportunities inside and outside the campus through various means.

To maintain continuous communication with university graduates, a Graduate Tracking System has been established through a specialized data collection form.
