Documents and Certificates Division

Vision: The Documents Division at the University of Al-Hamdaniya looks forward to establishing an electronic system capable of auditing and verifying documents in both Arabic and English with high speed. This aims to support graduates and preserve their rights regarding employment and the labor market.

Mission: The mission of the Documents Division at the University of Al-Hamdaniya aims for the utmost accuracy in the information recorded in graduation documents as well as wall certificates (diplomas) in both Arabic and English. Accomplishing this necessitates a staff proficient in both languages, in addition to being highly familiar with the relevant computer programs.

Goals: The goal of establishing this division is to avoid any potential errors in official documents issued by a reputable governmental institution, and a specialized team has been fully prepared to undertake this task.
