Vision: Leadership in the field of higher education and scientific research, alongside a relentless pursuit to develop academic programs in all their administrative and scientific aspects, in order to achieve planned future goals and follow up on their implementation.

Mission: Providing high-quality teaching and learning, and adopting analytical and critical thinking strategies to qualify human resources cognitively, intellectually, and skillfully in a creative and competitive environment. It also aims to establish unified frameworks for action in a manner that aligns with contemporary challenges.

Goals:

Elevating the level of scientific knowledge by developing infrastructure on both the educational and research levels, and achieving excellence in teaching and learning strategies across all academic programs.
Contributing to the development of short, medium, and long-term strategic plans to implement goals with minimal effort and in the shortest possible time.
Adopting the highest standards of evaluation in the institutional and programmatic fields with the aim of achieving total quality management requirements and improving the ranking of the University of Al-Hamdaniya in local and global classifications.
Keeping pace with scientific and technical progress by developing high-quality educational plans and curricula, which contributes to forming academic and research cadres capable of serving the community.
Qualifying students to acquire the applied skills needed by the labor market by providing advanced scientific, research, and computer laboratories, in addition to equipping English language laboratories with modern technologies.
Applying the university performance quality assurance system across all departments of the college to control its educational and research outputs, thereby gaining the trust of the community and other educational institutions.
Instilling bonds of harmony and building a culture of coexistence, along with principles of mutual respect, sincerity, and credibility, to achieve a distinguished role for the University of Al-Hamdaniya as a leading institution in society.
Developing academic programs, updating their outputs, and activating a culture of sustainable learning to enhance the personal, social, academic, and professional capabilities and skills of students. This aims to improve the quality of life for the community and achieve sustainable development goals.
Preparing and publishing valuable scientific research through research plans adopted by the research committees in the college’s scientific departments, which contribute to solving practical problems at the local and international levels.
Providing consultations, as well as scientific and research studies, to solve technical and practical problems for beneficiaries in governmental and private institutions.
