Security Clearances Office

The Security Clearances Office at the Presidency of the University of Al-Hamdaniya is linked to the Security Clearances Office at the Ministry’s headquarters (the office of His Excellency the Minister). The office has taken upon itself the responsibility of maintaining security across all operational areas of the university, including the security of buildings, personnel, equipment, vehicles, and other related procedures.

This is achieved through coordination and cooperation with security agencies both inside and outside the university, such as the National Security Service, Intelligence Services, and other security apparatuses. To accomplish this, a supreme security committee has been formed, which undertakes the implementation of the Ministry’s recommendations in a way that serves the public interest, ensuring there is no overlap in jurisdiction or authority among these agencies.
