Undoubtedly, the academic performance of universities remains incomplete without the scientific and academic practices that qualify the institution to engage in international rankings. Certainly, the academic reputation of the university is among the foremost priorities of the government program, which focuses on mobilizing competent academic cadres capable of advancing the university’s scientific standing. Its primary goal lies in establishing a solid foundation from which to launch into expansive academic horizons.

Driven by this vision, the University of Al-Hamdaniya, since its establishment, has sought to actively contribute to the development of its academic staff across its various departments and colleges. Among these earnest endeavors was the establishment of the Central Promotions Committee at the University of Al-Hamdaniya.
