Citizens Affairs Division

It is an administrative division affiliated with the office of the University President. It is concerned with citizens’ affairs, including receiving proposals, inquiries, and opinions to address issues related to the University of Al-Hamdaniya and to enhance the overall level of university performance.

The division takes upon itself the responsibility of facilitating communication between citizens and various university departments. It strives to overcome any difficulties citizens may face during their visits to the university to complete their transactions by:

  • Receiving citizens, listening to them and their complaints, and directing them to the appropriate department.

  • Receiving their requests or complaints to provide an assessment and preparing a review to present to the University President.

It is considered the primary outlet for receiving, sorting, and organizing citizens’ requests and complaints, and it submits detailed daily statistical reports to the University President. Furthermore, it is dedicated to looking after the interests of citizens and strengthening the close relationship between the community and the University of Al-Hamdaniya within a framework of objectivity, transparency, and mutual respect.
