Administrative Affairs Division

The Administrative Affairs Division is considered one of the primary departments within the structure of the Central Library. It focuses heavily on the human element of management, which remains the single most influential factor in overall productivity. Indeed, the management and development of human resources serve as a foundational pillar for the Central Library, aiming to enhance organizational capabilities and leverage human capital to achieve the library’s institutional goals. The Administrative Affairs Division is dedicated to establishing the core principles and frameworks that maximize the potential and utility of every individual within the library through effective human resource management.

Tasks

  • Forming permanent and temporary committees related to the execution of the library’s mandates.

  • Developing an archiving system for tasks performed by library personnel and maintaining a comprehensive employee database.

  • Nominating library staff members for internal and external training courses, as well as participation in various committees.

  • Updating human resources statistical data on the Ministry’s electronic system (the Electronic Portal for the Human Resources System) and preparing operational work plans for the Central Library.
