University of Al-Hamdaniya has signed a cooperation agreement with the People’s Aid Organization (PAO) as part of efforts to strengthen joint collaboration in supporting sustainable development plans, promoting human rights, and fostering a favorable climate for the development of a modern civil society.
The agreement was signed on Monday, March 30, 2026, at the University President’s office in the main building. The university was represented by its president, Prof. Dr. Nashat Mubarak Saliwa, alongside the head of the organization, Mr. Ali Abdul-Ghani Jassim.
Regarding the agreement, Prof. Saliwa stated that it aims to serve the community and achieve the public interest. He added that this partnership aligns with ongoing efforts to build effective strategic alliances with various organizations, further enhancing the societal role of academic institutions.
