On Wednesday, January 7, 2026, the university president, Prof. Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Salewa, inspected the ongoing work at the university city in Bartella. He met with the supervising engineering staff, reviewed the progress stages and the obstacles hindering continuation, and directed compliance with the specified deadlines for the work. He also visited the Administration and Economics building within the university city site to check the final stages the building has reached and its delivery date, urging acceleration and efficiency in the work according to the specifications set by the relevant authorities in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
