This discussion took place during a meeting held at his office with the Sub-Committee for Academic Promotions, which included representatives from the University of Mosul: Dr. Mohammed Mustafa Hussein (Chair), along with members Dr. Abdul Wahid Ghazi Mohammed, Ali Dhanoun Younis, and Ashti Abdul Sattar Abdul Ghani. The meeting was attended by the Dean of the College, Assistant Prof. Dr. Bilal Amjad Mohammed, the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs, Lecturer Dr. Fadhil Abbas Sultan, the Head of the Business Administration Department, Assistant Prof. Dr. Omar Ramzi Jassim, and the Head of the Administrative Affairs Department at the University Presidency, Lecturer Dr. Ahmed Mohammed Ali Amin.
The meeting concluded by emphasizing the necessity of streamlining administrative procedures and strengthening joint cooperation between the University of Al-Hamdaniya and the University of Mosul, in addition to developing the academic environment and elevating the standards of scientific performance.
