Special Grades Unit

With the massive digital development occurring worldwide and the emergence of many new challenges and daily complexities faced by all societies and institutions, including educational institutions, it became necessary to keep pace with these challenges. This is achieved by adopting modern systems for data storage, preservation, and easy access. This ensures that all tasks are accomplished swiftly, securely, and free from any manipulation—minimizing paper circulation and keeping data out of the hands of malicious and opportunistic elements.

Consequently, specialized digital programs were required for this purpose, which the Special Grades Unit at the University of Al-Hamdaniya has adopted in alignment with the state’s initiative to automate all its departments. Additionally, the unit seeks to enhance the efficiency of its personnel for this purpose, materially by providing the necessary equipment and supplies, and scientifically through their participation in workshops, seminars, and specialized studies in this field.
