Contributing to the preparation and updating of the organizational structures within the University Presidency and its affiliated colleges. These structures are designed to be adjustable and adaptable to changes and operational requirements. They serve as the foundational base upon which the University of Al-Hamdaniya relies to ensure a smooth workflow, specifically regarding the division and distribution of tasks and responsibilities among the university’s various departments, divisions, and units.
