In celebration of National Afforestation Day, the Monitoring and Follow-up Department plants dozens of seedlings in the university gardens.

The Follow-up Department planted dozens of palm trees and various other seedlings across the university’s gardens and its surroundings, as part of the National Afforestation Day activities held on March 12, 2026.

Members of the Follow-up Department actively participated in the university’s large-scale celebration, which featured numerous cultural events. During the festivities, staff planted dozens of saplings in both internal and external gardens, as well as the areas surrounding the campus.

This participation reflects the Follow-up Department’s commitment to collaborating with other departments in enhancing the university environment and supporting its transition toward becoming a “Green Campus.”
