The university president, Prof. Dr. Nashat Mubarak Salih, held an extensive meeting for the second consecutive day with the heads of scientific departments and a number of instructors. The meeting discussed scientific research published in international databases and its role in achieving high rankings in both internal and external classifications. The university president emphasized that there are financial grants provided for research published in Scopus and Clarivate databases to encourage and motivate professors to continue their research work, noting that research published in accredited databases is considered one of the main indicators relied upon by global rankings.
