IDs and Biometrics Unit

Core Task: The primary responsibility of the ID Cards and Biometrics Unit is to issue identification badges and cards to all affiliates of our young institution, the University of Al-Hamdaniya. This includes administrative staff, teaching faculty, and our dear students, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality of all their personal information.

Objectives:

For Staff and Faculty: To facilitate our employees’ administrative visits to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, other Iraqi universities, and various government ministries and departments, ensuring they are easily recognized through their official ID badge.
For Students: To ease our students’ transit through security checkpoints, ensure their personal safety and security, and serve as an official means of identification during university examinations.
