Rights and Lawsuits Division

The Rights and Lawsuits Division is one of the divisions under the Department of Legal Affairs, according to the organizational structure of the University of Al-Hamdaniya Presidency. The division is headed by an official holding at least a Bachelor’s degree in Law, and is tasked with several key responsibilities—most notably, filing lawsuits before competent courts to recover the university’s rights and pleading cases to defend its interests.
