Legal Consultations Division

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing legal consultations on all matters referred by the administration, ensuring its legal opinions offer an accurate interpretation and a wise application of both the spirit and text of laws, regulations, and instructions.

  • Drafting decisions and circulars as assigned by the administration.

  • Re-evaluating current regulations and instructions applicable within the ministry to ensure their suitability to ongoing circumstances, and proposing additions, amendments, or repeals to develop them in accordance with public interest and prevailing conditions when requested, in coordination with the relevant administration.

  • Organizing and archiving laws, regulations, instructions, and decisions related to the university’s operations.
