Department of Legal Affairs

The Department of Legal Affairs is one of the key departments within the organizational structure of the University Presidency. It is administratively linked to the University Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs.

The department comprises two divisions: the Legal Consultations Division and the Rights and Lawsuits Division. It is headed by an official holding at least a Bachelor’s degree in Law, who is tasked with numerous responsibilities, most notably: providing legal consultations and rendering legal opinions on matters referred to the department, representing the university before competent courts, and organizing legal guarantees and pledges for both staff and students.
