Project Planning Division

The Project Planning Division is one of the most vital divisions within the Department of Construction and Projects during this foundational stage of the University of Al-Hamdaniya. The division is tasked with preparing the future designs and master plans for the university campus city, which is set to be established on the land allocated for the University of Al-Hamdaniya in the Bartella sub-district.

In cooperation with the Construction and Projects Department at the parent university (the University of Mosul), the Project Planning Division is preparing the layouts and designs for the upcoming phase. This phase will involve executing the project once it is officially listed—either as a single integrated phase or across multiple consecutive stages—under the construction budget of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
