Staff and Faculty Affairs Division

The work of this division relies primarily on the application of laws, regulations, and instructions related to administrative affairs, based on the principle that the relationship between the employee and the state is an organizational one defined by active legislation.

The core operations of the Human Resources Division focus on issuing university orders for granting staff various leaves (regular leave, maternity/childbirth leave, and sick leave), as well as issuing letters of thanks and appreciation to university personnel and those providing distinguished services. Additionally, the division handles the domestic dispatch of faculty and staff, the appointment of deans, assistant deans, heads of scientific departments, and directors of departments within the university presidency. It is also responsible for monitoring the resumption of duties or departure of personnel following leaves, issuing circulars, managing all administrative processes, and maintaining the personal files of employees to ensure their legal rights are protected.

Mission: To work diligently to secure services for university personnel, ensuring the continuity of the educational process and distinguished scientific research.

Goals: Managing the affairs of all personnel (staff and faculty) to ensure the administrative and scientific workflow of the university.
