Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs

In an initiative by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to unify and merge the Human Resources Department with the Financial Affairs Department—as part of its diligent efforts to simplify administrative and financial procedures and streamline operations—the Administrative and Financial Affairs Department was established. This merger contributes to completing tasks with greater smoothness and flexibility, as administrative orders and their execution are now handled within the same department.

The department now consists of the following divisions:

  • Faculty and Staff Affairs Division.

  • Employment and Staffing Division.

  • Retirement Division.

  • Budget, Records, and Salaries Division.

  • Higher Education Fund and Internal Departments Support Fund Division.

  • Warehouses and Supplies Division.
