Al-Hamdaniya University participated in a ministerial workshop organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (Administrative and Financial Department / Human Resources Division) on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, with the attendance of representatives from several Iraqi universities.
The workshop addressed the mechanisms for submitting required data to the Federal Service Council to inventory staff positions within universities and educational institutions. It also focused on organizing personnel numbers and job descriptions based on organizational structures and job specifications, aimed at enhancing human resources management within higher education institutions.
The sessions were conducted by a representative from the Federal Service Council alongside the Ministry’s Human Resources staff specialized in organizational structures. They reviewed data entry procedures and organizational requirements in accordance with approved regulations and guidelines.
Al-Hamdaniya University was represented by Assistant Lecturer Montaser Mohsen Ibrahim and Assistant Lecturer Ahmed Jumaa Sultan. Both participated in the discussion sessions and practical applications regarding the organization of functional data, supporting the university’s efforts to develop HR systems and elevate administrative performance according to established standards.
