The university president, Prof. Dr. Nashaat Mubarak Salio, participated in a seminar to discuss the achievements of the Nineveh Health Department for the year 2025, which is coming to an end, in the presence of a wide range of local elites. The seminar, held by the Nineveh Health Department under the slogan “Starting Change for a Future Full of Life,” featured a review by its director, Dr. Delshad Ali Abdullah Shankali, of the department’s efforts in developing its health services throughout a year of excellence and creativity, as described. The seminar, hosted in the Presidential Palaces Hall in the city of Mosul on the morning of Monday, 12/29/2025, witnessed a large attendance from those related to the department, as well as academics, researchers, and local and national media outlets. Dr. Salio’s participation reflects the active social and institutional role adopted by Al-Hamdaniya University in establishing itself as a permanent institution of cooperation and contribution with all government departments.
