Al-Hamdaniya and Al-Noor Universities Launch Their Second Joint Annual Scientific Sports Conference
The activities of the Second Annual Joint Scientific Sports Conference between Al-Hamdaniya University and Al-Noor University commenced on the latter’s campus. The event features a wide range of local and international researchers and academics under the slogan: “Sports Sciences and Physical Education: Their Role in Quality of Life and Sports Sustainability.”
In his opening speech, the President of Al-Hamdaniya University, Prof. Dr. Anisat (Nashat) Mubarak, stated that the university is moving forward with its active contribution to supporting research and developing sports sciences and physical education. He emphasized the university’s commitment to maintaining academic partnerships that serve the quality of life and establish concepts of sports sustainability.
Prof. Mubarak added that the significance of this conference lies in its integration of knowledge-based and applied dimensions, serving as a scientific platform for exchanging expertise and research among specialists. He noted that the conference will contribute to developing sports sciences according to the latest global trends, providing opportunities to discuss advanced methods for improving physical and health performance through organized activity.
He further stressed that Al-Hamdaniya University is dedicated to spreading a culture of physical health and promoting sound concepts within the lives of individuals and society.
