In line with its continuous support for scientific research and the enhancement of its presence in global academic forums, Al-Hamdaniya University announces a new scientific achievement added to its academic record.

Lecturer Raghda Qaryaqous Istifo and Assistant Lecturer Rami Issa Ishaq, from the Department of English at the College of Education for Humanities, have received acceptance for the publication of their scientific research in a Scopus-indexed (Q2) journal, titled the “Jordan Journal of Modern Languages and Literatures.”

The research, titled: “A Descriptive Study of Vocatives in Syriac Qaraqoushi Dialect in Iraq” aims to elevate the university’s international rankings and strengthen its scientific presence in peer-reviewed international journals.

It is noted that the acceptance for publication was granted on February 15, 2026, while the official acceptance letter was received on March 18, 2026.

Al-Hamdaniya University reaffirms its commitment to supporting its researchers and encouraging them to publish in global journals, contributing to the advancement of scientific and academic standards.
