It is one of the departments structurally linked to the office of the University President. It specializes in providing supportive administrative and technical services to directorates and departments in coordination with relevant entities. This is done with the aim of coordinating the internal and external activities of the University of Al-Hamdaniya, as well as preparing, following up on, and executing monthly reports for the unit.
Vision: To reach a distinguished level of performance in the field of following up on administrative tasks, thereby achieving the principle of cooperating as a single team among all staff members in performing their duties.
Mission: To ensure that work is performed properly and as required in accordance with the stipulated systems, regulations, and instructions. It also seeks to ensure that employees realize the administration is committed to monitoring the organizational system within the university, while striving to reduce errors and prevent their recurrence.
Goals: The Administrative Follow-up Unit aims to monitor work in general and coordinate the activities of the various units to ensure their proper performance. This aims to prevent violations and guarantee the application of all systems and regulations as required, without negligence, misuse, or delay when following up on official correspondence with other formations. Furthermore, it works on creating a mechanism that facilitates reviewers and visitors in achieving their purposes and completing their tasks within the campus, ensuring they leave with a positive impression of the University of Al-Hamdaniya and its administration.
