About the University of AL-Hamdaniya
The University of AL-Hamdaniya is one of the public universities in Iraq, located in the Al-Hamdaniya District within the Nineveh Plain. Established in 2014, the university aims to provide a scientific and research environment that contributes to community service and develops specialized scientific personnel across various disciplines.
The university pays great attention to scientific research by supporting studies, organizing conferences and seminars, and seeking to build academic partnerships with other universities both inside and outside Iraq. Alongside its educational role, the university fulfills a social function through cultural and awareness activities, making it an active element in reviving scientific and cultural life in the Nineveh Governorate.
As an educational institution striving for quality and academic excellence, it comprises several colleges and scientific departments, in addition to research and service centers that support the educational process. It also actively works on aligning its educational outputs with the needs of the labor market and serving the local community.
